About Us
Valley Boarding Kennels and Cattery has been established for over 30 years. It is a small family run business situated 2 miles from Southwell in beautiful countryside between the Village of Bleasby and Fiskerton. It is surrounded by farmland including fields with our own Shetland Ponies.
We offer safe, secure, comfortable heated accommodation for your pets. They will be treated as the special individuals they are. We strongly encourage you to let us know all about them and their individual requirements. Bring some of their belongings to help them settle in. Sometimes a night’s trial can put your mind at rest.
The Kennels and Cattery are now run by proprietor Paul and his partner Caroline following the sad passing of Gee in October 2025.
Prior to this Paul and his Mum, Gee ran the kennels and cattery for 15 years and have established an excellent reputation amongst customers new and old.
Gee was a show dog champion breeder and judge with over 40 years expertise. Her extensive knowledge allowed us to cater for animals with special needs, e.g. pets on long term medication and special
dietary requirements and both Paul and Caroline continue with this high standard of care and experience. All our staff have many years experience and Lynn one of our kennels maids has worked here for over 30 years.
